職責描述：
1. provide application and technical support to oem customers to ensure appropriate incorporation and application of air spring (incorporating existing product into new suspensions, or assist with development of new product)
2. provide feedback and information and tech support on processes or products or equipment development to satisfy customer needs to fsip/bfa personnel.
3. provide technical support to sales personnel (oem and distributor). includes providing relevant performance data on air springs and performing characteristic and performance calculations.
4. travel with sales personnel as required for customer support
5. provide internal and external customers with proposal drawings for proposed solutions
6. literature development (design and maintain technical and other sales literature)
7. drawing translation and management
8. provide technical training or assistance to customers (internal and external)
9. provide customer service/assistance backup for traveling sales personnel
10. additional projects or assignments as requested by manager
